Our center Spa receive you the whole year for maximum relaxation: sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, fitness room.
New for this end of year: the balneotherapy.

The "sauna"
The sauna originated in Finland and is a dry steam room with temperatures around 80°-90 ° acting as a tonic while relaxing the muscles.
It dilates the pores causing an hyper-perspiration and thus allows the release of toxins and cleansing of the skin. 

Our advice on the proper use of the sauna :

- Start with a shower.
- In the sauna lay down on your towel and accustom gently to the heat.
- You can remain in the sauna for up to10 minutes maximum. However, it is to alternate with a cool shower -indeed cold for the bravest.
- Put from time to time a little water onto the stones in the sauna to create steam.
- Drink regularly to compensate for the loss of water in your body.
- Finish with a lukewarm shower.

Everyday from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm
except on mondays.
