Balneotherapy is among recent additions to the extensive menu of treatments on offer.There is also a well equipped gym for those who like to get more physical.The SaunaThe Sauna, which originated in Finland, is a dry steam room with temperatures around 80 to 90 degrees Celsius acting as a tonic while relaxing the muscles. It dilates the pores causing hyper-perspiration and thus allowing the release of toxins and cleansing of the skin.
Our advice on proper use of the sauna- Start with a shower.- In the sauna lay down on your towel and gently accustom your body to the heat.- You can remain in the sauna for up to 10 minutes maximum. Alternate visits with a cool shower, or cold if you dare.- From time to time pour a little water onto the hot stones in the sauna to create steam.- Drink regularly to compensate for the loss of water in your body.Finish with a lukewarm shower.Opening hours: Mondays,Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays 2.30pm to 7.30pmSundays from 10am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 7.30pmClosed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Entry prices :1 entry 10 € Book of 10 tickets 80 €Monthly subscription (Family) 1 pers 60 € 2 pers 100 € 3 pers 140 € 4 pers 180 €
